WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES! This is a common thing with large shops in Spokane now, where they will charge you a "diagnostic fee" just to look at it.

Our labor rates are very competitive and reasonable. For "most" service calls, your bill will rarely be above $500. We try to give you an idea of what it will cost and typically if its over a few hours of work when we arrive we can give you a price before we start.

If the job is 'new installation' we normally will give you an estimate. For example; you would like a laundry tub to be installed in the basement instead of having one upstairs.

We service within city limits: Cheney, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Millwood, Greenacres, Medical Lake, Four Lakes, Airway Heights.

Outside this area, Travel varies greatly depending on location, please call with questions!!

We do not honor competitors coupons or 'price match'. Any verbal pricing via phone is an ESTIMATE only, we do not hold those prices unless the job is looked at by us.
